Founded in 2022 in Albuquerque, NM by Charles Pariseau, JCP Tactical LLC is a small business geared towards fulfilling service-based federal contracts. Utilizing a wide range of experience in the private sector, JCP Tactical has built strong contractor relationships in the minor construction, A&E, firearms distribution, and government contracting industries.

With the education and experience to manage small scale process improvement, ensuring efficient and effective results(<$50k) projects to large capital acquisitions (>$350M), JCP has tailored project management and earned value processes to provide the best solution for your needs.
